Rob Johns brings over 15 years of experience in property management, real estate development and real estate investment. He concentrates his practice in commercial real estate matters, including sale-leaseback transactions and condominium governance. Rob has recently assisted in the following representative transactions:

• The acquisition and sale leaseback of several convenience store chains based in the Midwest and Southeast U.S. totaling over 260 locations;
• The sale and leaseback by a private equity firm of a large commercial real estate facility in Bratislava, Slovakia;
• The subdivision of individual units within a commercial condominium for a regional Real Estate Trust; and
• The renewal and consolidation of a synthetic lease in concert with a $56,000,000 Bond Issue for a regional client.
