David Kirchblum’s practice encompasses a range of corporate, real estate and finance matters.
David has significant experience advising public and private companies in consumer retail, healthcare, technology, power and energy, real estate and other industries, middle-market and boutique investment banks, bulge bracket financial institutions and private investment funds in a wide range of corporate transactions including financings, mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance issues and restructurings.
Prior to joining the firm, David was an associate in the New York offices of Proskauer Rose LLP and Milbank, Tweed, Hadley & McCloy LLP where he focused on general corporate and financing matters and international project finance, respectively.
