Meg Manning concentrates her practice in the areas of commercial bankruptcy and restructuring. She has experience in complex reorganization and liquidation cases representing various clients, including debtors, secured and unsecured creditors, and creditor committees.

In addition, Meg has acted as counsel for both plaintiffs and defendants in various bankruptcy related litigation matters, including preference and fraudulent transfer actions.
