Paige M. Willan focuses her practice on complex commercial litigation and arbitration at both the trial and appellate level. She has experience with cases pending before a variety of state and federal courts, including appeals to the Second Circuit Court of Appeals and the Federal Circuit Court of Appeals. Ms. Willan has represented clients in both the prosecution and defense of a wide array of commercial claims, including complex contract and business tort claims, actions for the avoidance of fraudulent conveyances and preferences under federal and state bankruptcy law, copyright and misappropriation of trade secret claims, petitions for confirmation of international arbitral awards, and allegations of professional malpractice and breach of fiduciary duty.

In addition to her commercial dispute resolution practice, Ms. Willan has experience representing clients in investigations conducted by federal and state government agencies. She has also provided pro bono representation to veterans who have been denied disability benefits by the Department of Veterans Affairs.

Before becoming a member of the Bar, Ms. Willan lived and worked in Ukraine for an organization promoting public diplomacy through educational and cultural exchange. Ms. Willan is fluent in Russian and proficient in Ukrainian.
