Jonathan T. Hoffman is an associate in the Litigation Department and a member of the Family Law Group. Mr. Hoffman concentrates his practice in a wide range of domestic relations matters including divorce, support, custody, equitable distribution, prenuptial/postnuptial agreements and protection from abuse actions. His practice also consists of tax related issues in complex support and equitable distribution matters.

Mr. Hoffman is a frequent speaker and author on such topics as taxation and divorce, ethics in family law matters, divorce over fifty, the judicial interview of children in custody litigation and family law practice management.

Mr. Hoffman has been named by The Legal Intelligencer as a Pennsylvania 2013 "Lawyer on the Fast Track" a distinction given to less than 40 attorneys under the age of 40.

For the past six years, Mr. Hoffman was recognized by the publisher of the Pennsylvania edition of Super Lawyers magazine as a “Rising Star" in the area of family law, an honor given to the top 2.5 percent of attorneys in the Commonwealth who are 40 years old or younger or in practice for ten years or less. Mr. Hoffman is also listed in the 2012 issue of Main Line Today Top Lawyers.

Mr. Hoffman holds an AV rating by Martindale Hubbell, which is the law publication's highest distinction.

Mr. Hoffman is a zealous and compassionate advocate on behalf of his clients.  Although Mr. Hoffman has vast trial experience in all facets of family law, he attempts to reach amicable and family-centric solutions in all cases when possible.
