Carl L. Engel counsels large corporations, closely-held businesses, and individuals in a wide variety of civil matters before state and federal courts and arbitration tribunals. Mr. Engel’s varied experience includes complex commercial litigation, residential and commercial property disputes, and breach of contract actions.
While in law school, Mr. Engel worked at a private equity firm that finances and operates companies in the specialty chemical and pharmaceutical manufacturing industries. Additionally, he was recognized as a Rubin Public Interest Law Society Fellow by his law school for his extensive pro bono work with Face to Face, a homeless outreach and advocacy organization based in Philadelphia’s Germantown neighborhood.
Before entering law school, Mr. Engel worked as a systems and logistics analyst for a large national defense contractor.
