Ms. Baisinger’s legal practice focuses on employment and complex commercial litigation at both the trial and appellate levels.
Ms. Baisinger has authored a number of successful appellate briefs and dispositive motions in federal court. She also represents clients in a wide variety of matters involving many aspects of employment law including sexual harassment, state and federal anti-discrimination claims, breach of fiduciary duty and duty of loyalty, and wage and hour claims. Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Baisinger served as a staff attorney at the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit.
