Kathleen Torbit has joined Klehr, Harrison, Harvey, Branzburg & Ellers as Of Counsel in the Real Estate & Finance Department. Ms. Torbit has experience in a wide variety of commercial and residential real estate matters, including acquisition and development, title issues, and mortgage foreclosures.
Kelly Green has joined the Wilmington, Delaware office of Klehr, Harrison, Harvey, Branzburg & Ellers as an associate in the Litigation Department. Ms. Green concentrates her practice in corporate and commercial litigation.
