Richard C. DeMarco has been appointed to the newly formed Philadelphia Zoning Code Commission by Anna C. Verna, President of Philadelphia City Council. Mr. DeMarco is an associate in the Real Estate & Finance Department of Klehr, Harrison, Harvey, Branzburg & Ellers LLP and concentrates his practice in zoning and land use matters, as well as administrative law, government law and real estate and zoning litigation.
Darwin R. Beauvais has been appointed to the newly formed Philadelphia Zoning Code Commission by Jannie L. Blackwell, Majority Leader of Philadelphia City Council. Mr. Beauvais is an associate in the Real Estate & Finance Department of Klehr, Harrison, Harvey, Branzburg & Ellers LLP and concentrates his practice in zoning and land use, as well as local government affairs.
The Commission is charged with reforming the Philadelphia Zoning Code and making recommendations for change to the Philadelphia City Council.
