Brian Vrabel and Michael Zanan have joined Klehr, Harrison, Harvey, Branzburg & Ellers as associates in the Corporate and Securities Department.
Messrs. Vrabel and Zanan concentrate their practice in the representation of private investment funds, privately-held companies and publicly-traded corporations in connection with corporate governance issues and a wide range of complex business matters.
