Richard DeMarco and Darwin Beauvais of Klehr, Harrison, Harvey, Branzburg & Ellers were special guests at the recent Zoning, Land Use and Code Enforcement Committee Meeting held by the Philadelphia Bar Association. Mr. DeMarco and Mr. Beauvais are members of the Zoning Code Commission.

Mr. DeMarco, Of Counsel in the Real Estate & Finance and Litigation Departments, concentrates his practice in zoning and land use matters, as well as administrative law, government law, and real estate and zoning litigation.

Mr. Beauvais is an associate in the Real Estate & Finance Department and concentrates his practice in zoning and land use as well as local government affairs.
