Richenderfer, Mogavero and Cook Join Klehr Harrison

Klehr, Harrison, Harvey, Branzburg & Ellers continues the expansion of its bankruptcy and litigation practices with the additions of partner Linda Richenderfer, Of Counsel Leona Mogavero, and associate Jennifer Cook.

Richenderfer, a member of the Pennsylvania and Delaware bars, has significant experience representing Chapter 11 debtors, creditors' committees, Chapter 7 trustees and serving as special conflicts committee counsel in numerous bankruptcy cases.  She also has extensive litigation experience representing both plaintiffs and defendants in Pennsylvania and Delaware courts.  She will join the firm's Litigation and Bankruptcy and Insolvency Departments.  She was formerly a partner at Saul Ewing from 2000 to 2006 and at Bifferato Gentilotti from 2006 to 2008.  She will be based primarily in the firm's Delaware office, but will also represent clients in Pennsylvania litigation.

Mogavero represents secured and unsecured creditors, landlords and other creditor constituencies in all aspects of commercial bankruptcies and commercial loan workouts.  She also represents lenders in significant commercial real estate workouts and foreclosures.  She was previously a partner at Wolf Block.

Cook received her J.D. in 2006 while maintaining a full time position with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware.  She will concentrate on chapter 11 and 7 bankruptcy cases and will be located in the firm's Delaware office.
