Mr. Indik is in the Intellectual Property and Litigation Departments. He focuses his intellectual property work in the patent area, specifically on patent litigation on behalf of patentees and accused infringers.

Ms. O'Donnell is in the Real Estate and Finance Department. She concentrates her practice in the area of commercial real estate finance.
