Julie Beddingfield qualified as a LEED Accredited Professional

Julie Beddingfield, an attorney in the Environmental Practice Group at Klehr, Harrison, Harvey, Branzburg & Ellers, recently became one of the few attorneys in Pennsylvania to be qualified as a LEED Accredited Professional (LEED AP) by the Green Building Certification Institute.

Developed by the U.S. Green Building Council, LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design), establishes and certifies green building and sustainable development practices.  As a LEED Accredited Professional, Ms. Beddingfield has been recognized as having in-depth knowledge of LEED green building standards and design requirements, and the skills to guide projects through the LEED certification process.

Ms. Beddingfield concentrates her practice in environmental matters, including environmental issues that arise in the acquisition, development and sale of real estate.
