Beauvais qualified as a LEED Accredited Professional

Darwin R. Beauvais, an attorney in the Real Estate & Finance Department at Klehr, Harrison, Harvey, Branzburg & Ellers, recently became one of the few attorneys in Pennsylvania to be qualified as a LEED Accredited Professional (LEED AP) by the Green Building Certification Institute.

Developed by the U.S. Green Building Council, LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design), establishes and certifies green building and sustainable development practices.  As a LEED Accredited Professional, Mr. Beauvais has been recognized as having in-depth knowledge of LEED green building standards and design requirements, and the skills to guide projects through the LEED certification process.

Mr. Beauvais concentrates his practice in zoning and land use as well as local government affairs.  Prior to coming to the firm, Mr. Beauvais was counsel to the Honorable Jannie L. Blackwell.
