LITIGATION PRACTICE GROUP OPENINGS:

E-Discovery Attorney - Philadelphia Office
The ideal candidate will have significant experience with both participating in and managing e-discovery projects of all sizes and will want to focus exclusively on these projects, including: (1) the selection of appropriate technologies and methods for document collection, early case assessment, and document review and production; (2) the selection and management of document reviewers, including contract reviewers; (3) providing legal advice concerning discovery and e-discovery issues; (4) preparation and negotiation of ESI protocols, confidentiality orders, and discovery schedules. Advanced knowledge of all common e-discovery technologies, including Relativity, is required. PA bar preferred.

Family Law, Of Counsel or Associate - Philadelphia and/or New Jersey Offices
Of Counsel or Associate with 5-7 years of primary practice/focus and experience in family law who is licensed in New Jersey and Pennsylvania and will practice 50% or more in New Jersey. Candidates with an existing or growing practice that generates annually between $75,000 and $250,000 preferred. This position offers the opportunity to work and collaborate with the highly reputable Family Law Practice Group at Klehr Harrison.

Labor and Employment - Philadelphia Office
Associate with 3-4 years of experience in labor and employment litigation and counseling, including advising clients on HR issues, drafting employment policies, negotiating employment agreements, litigating restrictive covenant matters, and defending clients on claims of discrimination, harassment, and retaliation in agency and court proceedings. Litigation Associate - Philadelphia Office
Associate with 2-4 years’ experience in commercial litigation. Candidates should have a strong academic record, excellent legal research and writing skills, and the ability to manage complex e-discovery processes. This associate will gain high-level experience in sophisticated commercial litigation.


REAL ESTATE AND FINANCE PRACTICE GROUP OPENINGS:

Real Estate and Commercial Finance Attorney - Philadelphia Office
Strong mid-level to senior real estate finance and commercial finance attorney. Experience originating CMBS loans, and experience with intercreditor and co-lender agreements desired. Focus is on real estate finance, but asset based and commercial lending work a strong plus.

Real Estate and Finance Associate – Philadelphia Office

Mid-level real estate and finance associate. The ideal candidate will have 3 - 5 years of meaningful experience reviewing, analyzing, drafting and negotiating retail and office leases on behalf of both tenants and landlords, but also will have experience in handling other types of transactions, including purchasing, selling and financing commercial real estate.  If you have outstanding communication, organization and analytical skills and the ability and desire to work in a team environment on complex transactions, we encourage you to apply for this position.

Paralegal for Real Estate and Finance Department - Philadelphia Office
Real estate and finance paralegal with substantial experience in commercial real estate and finance transactions, including reviewing and analyzing due diligence, surveys and title commitments; preparing loan and closing documents; coordinating document execution and closing deliverables; preparing leases; forming corporate entities; and addressing post-closing matters.


CORPORATE PRACTICE GROUP OPENINGS:

Corporate Associate - Philadelphia Office
Associate with 3 to 5 years of experience in general corporate, securities and M&A transactions or other transactional experience.  Large firm experience preferred but not required.


BANKRUPTCY & RESTRUCTURING PRACTICE GROUP OPENINGS:

Bankruptcy & Restructuring Associate – Wilmington, DE Office
Bankruptcy associate opening in the firm’s Wilmington office. The ideal candidate will have 1-5 years experience in chapter 11 bankruptcy. Experience representing chapter 11 debtors and creditors’ committees is preferred. Candidates completing a clerkship are encouraged to apply. Must be licensed to practice in the State of Delaware. Strong academic and writing skills are required.
