Scott P. Shectman concentrates his practice in commercial litigation, emphasizing in business disputes, collections and insolvency.
Mr. Shectman represents creditors in workouts and in bankruptcy proceedings, including adversary proceedings and claim objections. He also represents clients in a variety of business disputes.
Mr. Shectman previously clerked for the Appellate Division of the New York Supreme Court Third Judicial Department and also served as law clerk to the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.
