Corinne Brennan concentrates her practice in the areas of bankruptcy, reorganization, corporate restructuring, workouts, and general litigation.
Ms. Brennan has significant experience representing creditors, debtors, creditors' committees, and trustees in all facets of commercial and consumer bankruptcy proceedings, including contested matters and appeals. Representative matters in bankruptcy also include counseling both plaintiffs and defendants in bankruptcy litigation matters, such as preference, fraudulent transfer, and dischargeability actions.
Ms. Brennan's practice also includes representation of financial institutions, companies, and individuals in out-of-court financial restructuring and unique situations that require a combination of restructuring, transactional, and litigation expertise. Her state court representative matters include receiverships, assignments for the benefit of creditors, quiet title actions, and foreclosure proceedings. Ms. Brennan has also represented clients in both the prosecution and defense of a wide variety of commercial claims, such as complex contract disputes, business torts, confessions of judgment, and fraudulent transfer actions.
From 2012 through 2018, Ms. Brennan was named a Pennsylvania Super Lawyers® Rising Star by a vote of her peers. Ms. Brennan also serves on the Mediation Panel for the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.
