Justin D. Csik is an associate in the Firm's Corporate and Securities department.  Mr. Csik concentrates his practice in the representation of privately-held companies, publicly-traded corporations and alternative entities with regard to general corporate counseling, mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and a wide range of commercial and business matters including governance, corporate finance, joint ventures, strategic investments and similar transactions.
