Kathleen Torbit has experience with a wide variety of commercial and residential real estate matters, including acquisitions, sales and development, and financing.
Prior to joining the Firm’s Real Estate and Finance Department, Ms. Torbit represented debtors, secured creditors, trustees, and unsecured creditors' committees in bankruptcy cases, and represented both secured creditors and debtors in workouts and mortgage foreclosures. Ms. Torbit continues to assist clients in those areas.
