PHILADELPHIA (November 14, 2019) — Klehr Harrison Harvey Branzburg LLP has named William R. Hinchman as Co-Chair of the firm’s Litigation Department. Hinchman joins Paul G. Nofer in leading the firm’s largest department, effective January 1, 2020.
Hinchman is an experienced trial attorney concentrating in all facets of complex commercial litigation with a particular emphasis on claims involving troubled businesses. He stated, “I am privileged to work with this tremendous group of talented litigators. I look forward to working with Paul to further develop and expand our litigation practice.”

Hinchman is an instructor with the National Institute of Trial Advocacy and regularly presents at seminars discussing advanced trial strategy, evidence and courtroom skills. A former trial attorney with the Army’s Judge Advocate Generals Corp, he is a member of the Veterans of Foreign Wars and he volunteers by providing legal services to military veterans.
He earned his law degree from Villanova University School of Law and his LL.M. in Trial Advocacy, with honors, from Temple University Beasley School of Law.
