We continue to litigate the employee claims against Arrow on several fronts. In the bankruptcy court, the Trustee is searching for assets of Arrow and he has agreed to allow the employee claims to proceed as a class action, which means employees will not have to file individual proofs of claim in order to be awarded damages if any assets exist. We will be filing a motion for court approval of class action status in the very near future. We will also be participating in the Trustee’s meeting with creditors on Friday, April 30th when we expect to receive greater detail as to the status of the asset recovery process.
As you may be aware, we also sued Carol Pielsticker and Douglas Pielsticker. It will be sometime before we are able to determine whether we can recover damages from each of their estates. This will depend on information we expect to uncover in the bankruptcy process as well as in separate court litigation against the Pielstickers.
