Kelsey Hughes-Blaum has joined Klehr Harrison Harvey Branzburg LLP as an associate in the Bankruptcy Department. Prior to joining the firm, Kelsey served as a Law Clerk from 2015 to 2017 for the Honorable William C. Carpenter, Jr. of the Delaware Superior Court, where she worked primarily with cases from the Court’s Complex Commercial Litigation Division. In 2014, Kelsey was a Legal Extern to the Honorable Mary Pat Thynge, U.S. District Court for the District of Delaware.
