Klehr Harrison is pleased to announce that Patrick McKnight and Craig Rushmore have joined the firm as associates in its Litigation Department. McKnight focuses his Philadelphia-based practice on corporate and complex commercial litigation, employment law, and cybersecurity and Rushmore focuses his Delaware-based practice on corporate and complex commercial litigation.
McKnight previously completed an externship with the United States Bankruptcy Court in Camden, NJ and worked as a law clerk for a large multinational firm in Philadelphia, PA. McKnight earned his J.D., cum laude, from Rutgers Law School, his M.B.A., cum laude, from Rutgers Business School, and his B.A., summa cum laude, from Rutgers University.
Rushmore previously served as a Judicial Law Clerk for the Honorable President Judge Jan R. Jurden of the Delaware Superior Court, an intern for the United States Attorney’s Office for the Middle District of Pennsylvania, and an extern for the Pennsylvania Office of General Counsel for the Office of the Inspector General. Rushmore earned his J.D. from The Pennsylvania State University, Dickinson School of Law, and his B.A. from Muhlenberg College.
