Sherman Appointed to Board of Trustees for Southern New Jersey Regional Early Intervention Collaborative

PHILADELPHIA (September 22, 2021) — Klehr Harrison Harvey Branzburg LLP is pleased to announce Teri M. Sherman, a partner in the firm’s Litigation Department, was recently appointed to the Board of Trustees for the Southern New Jersey Regional Early Intervention Collaborative (SNJREIC).

The SNJREIC is one of four nonprofit agencies funded by the Department of Health to support early intervention services in Atlantic, Burlington, Camden, Cape May, Cumberland, Gloucester, and Salem counties in New Jersey.

The primary purpose of the SNJREIC is to ensure a local voice in the implementation of the early intervention system in New Jersey, which provides developmental and health-related services to children birth to age three who have delays or disabilities. They work to enhance the capacity of families to meet the developmental and health-related needs of these children.

“I am honored to serve as a member of this board,” said Sherman. “The resources that SJREIC provides to families are critical to the children’s support and development.  The early intervention program is such an asset to so many families, including my own, and I am truly grateful to be able to give back in this way.”

Sherman focuses her practice on commercial contract and business tort litigation, residential and commercial real estate disputes, corporate governance, IP/technology, and labor and employment disputes. She also represents clients in investigations conducted by federal and state government agencies, as well as internal corporate investigations. Sherman has particular expertise in representing employers and individuals in trade secret and restrictive covenant disputes as part of her labor and employment practice. She assists clients with proactive protection of confidential information through the drafting and implementation of employment agreements, restrictive covenant agreements, and related policies and practices.

She received her J.D. from the Georgetown University Law Center, cum laude and her B.S. from the University of Pittsburgh, summa cum laude.
