About our practice focus

Bankruptcy & Restructuring—This department is the historic backbone of the firm. We are experienced and well-regarded in creditors’ rights and debtor and business workout matters with attorneys in both our Philadelphia and Delaware offices.

Corporate & Securities— This is the fastest-growing department in the firm with a focus on middle-market M&Afund formationventure capital and outside general counsel services for operating companies in a wide variety of industries.

Litigation—As the largest department in the firm, we handle all types of corporate (M&A) and complex commercial litigation including in many specific areas such as labor & employment, SEC matters and family law.

Real Estate & Finance—We are one of the largest and most dynamic real estate groups in Philadelphia. We have a national practice with excellent local and regional expertise in zoning and land use, environmental and real estate tax.
