Bankruptcy & Restructuring - Creditors' Rights
We are seeking a bankruptcy & restructuring associate with 3-6 years experience in commercial litigation, commercial and consumer bankruptcy, reorganization, workouts, collection and foreclosures.
A Pennsylvania license is required; however, the candidate will work with both our Philadelphia and Delaware bankruptcy attorneys.
This associate will work closely with the group’s partners and associates in the firm’s representation of, among others, financial institutions, landlords, equipment lessors, creditors’ committees, indenture trustees, debtors and other constituencies in cases not only within the Philadelphia region but also nationally and internationally. The ideal candidate should possess strong litigation skills, be proactive and a self-starter, with outstanding attention to detail and commitment to work product that is thorough, complete and excellent.
