Danielle represents a variety of clients in corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, private equity financing, fund formation and other general corporate governance issues. She also drafts and negotiates contractual agreements concerning data use and retention, privacy and cybersecurity.
Danielle graduated from Drexel University Thomas R. Kline School of Law, where she was an associate editor of the Drexel Law Review and received the CALI Excellence for the Future Award in Federal Income Tax.
Danielle also volunteers as an Adopt Coordinator for the Homeless Advocacy Project in Philadelphia.
