Rob focuses his practice on creditors’ rights, representing major lending institutions in real estate foreclosure, quiet title, and consumer credit matters. He handles all aspects of the foreclosure process, from pre-foreclosure to sale, and frequently handles mediations, emergency motions and case management conferences, in addition to attending sheriff’s sales. He assists in form development and refinement, brief composition and is adept at ensuring FDCPA compliance. Rob also has experience in real estate law, business formation, and e-discovery.
Prior to joining the firm, Rob worked at a small law firm in Fairfield, NJ, where he served as a creditors’ rights attorney, and at a boutique law firm in Philadelphia, PA, where he served as a real estate creditors’ rights attorney.
