Stacey focuses her practice on representing individuals with family law matters involving support, equitable distribution, custody, contempt and enforcement. She has broad experience with legal research and writing, including drafting complaints, preparing motions, trial briefs, pre-hearing statements, discovery and negotiating settlements. She has successfully argued domestic matters before conference officers, Masters of Custody, Masters of Support and Family Court Judges.
Stacey is highly motivated and works tirelessly on behalf of her clients. She is highly regarded for her ability to communicate knowledgeably and compassionately with her clients. She also develops valuable relationships with opposing counsel allowing for effective negotiation.
Prior to joining the firm, Stacey spent extensive time handling securities litigation at a firm in the Philadelphia area where she represented institutional investors in recovering financial losses caused by fraud or other improper conduct in violation of federal and state securities laws.
