Zachary focuses his practice on bankruptcy and sophisticated restructuring and liquidation issues. He established a foundation of knowledge about the Bankruptcy Code and concepts of bankruptcy law through his work.
Prior to joining the firm, Zachary served as a Judicial Law Clerk to the Honorable Judge Kevin Gross and to the Honorable Chief Judge Christopher S. Sontchi in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware. He also previously served as a Judicial Extern to the Honorable Judge Thomas L. Ambro in the Third Circuit U.S. Court of Appeals and to the Honorable Justice Lee A. Solomon in the Supreme Court of New Jersey.
Zachary received his J.D. from Delaware Law School, where he served as Editor-in-Chief of the Delaware Journal of Corporate Law. He was the recipient of the Outstanding Student Service Award and won first place in the Transactional LawMeets 2018 Regional Meet. He also served as Competition Chair for the Transactional Law Honors Society.
